Watchalong
Watchalong sends your client a narrated video of your plan. The video stops at the points you choose and the narrator asks your question in the video's own voice. Your client holds a button and answers out loud, on a phone or a laptop. The narrator answers what it can from the plan and notes what it can't, so you end up with a transcript lined up with the video and a short list of questions you still owe them.
